Job Description Job Summary The Billing Administrator will support the Legal Services department in aspects of billing and collection and is responsible for a wide range of support functions Job Responsibilities

• Monitor billing records and instructions to create monthly billing reports
• Prepare and send invoices and past due notices
• Identify delinquencies and resolve account payment issues
• Handle and accurately code receivables for deposit, and prepare monthly recovery statements
• Place billing and collection calls
• Uses basic communication skills to address internal and / or external clients and / or team members
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred Experience
